FAQs

What’s your cancellation policy? We have a 24-hour cancellation window for appointments and a 12-hour cancellation window for classes. Cancel at least 24 hours before your private or semi-private session and 12 hours before a class to avoid a charge. If you have a package you will lose a session. If you do not have a package, you will be charged the drop-in rate. Late cancels and no-shows are charged. There is an additional $15 fee for no-shows. This keeps classes running, teachers paid, and your results on track.

Can I reschedule if I cancel early? Yes. If you cancel at least 24 hours ahead for appointments and 12 hours ahead for classes, you can reschedule into any available spot within your current pass period.

What happens if I late cancel or miss class? Late cancels and no-shows are charged. We keep classes small; holding your spot matters for you, the group and the teacher.

How do Founder perks work? Founders get best-value pricing, priority booking in our small groups, retail discounts and guest passes in certain packages.

What is an Auto-Renewing or Rolling Package? These packages auto-renew when you’ve booked all your classes in the plan. Say you have a 10-pack of Pilates Equipment classes – once you book your 10th class, you will automatically be charged for your next 10-pack so you can keep on scheduling and taking classes. Note: packages renew when you book your last class (not when you take your last class), or at the package expiration date, whichever comes first. These plans keep you consistent AND give you flexibility to use your classes anytime you want prior to expiration without being locked in to a certain number of classes per month and make it easy to continue with automatic renewals.

 

How do I cancel an Auto-Renewing/Rolling Plan or a Monthly plan (if offered by studio)? You can easily request to cancel your plan from your Walla account but must do so at least 7 days before your renewal date to ensure time to process your request.

 

How long do I have Founding member pricing on my Auto-Renewing/Rolling plan? Up to one year or until you cancel. If you cancel prior to one year and want to restart, you will need to buy at the regular rates as you are only able to purchase the Founding plan once.

How do I use priority booking as a Founder? If your founding pack grants you founding member status, you’ll see early access windows for class times. Book first, relax later.

Do Founding Packs expire? Each pack follows standard pass terms. You’ll see the exact expiration at checkout before you buy.

 

What if I’m brand new or worried I can’t keep up? We teach in small groups so you feel supported and progress safely. Progress over perfection.

 

How long are classes and when do they start? All classes and sessions are 50-minutes and start on time. Plan on arriving a few minutes early so we can dive right in.

Do you offer duets or semi-privates? Yes. In addition to private sessions, we also offer duets and semi-privates – basically like your own private class. See our appointment page for current openings and pricing.

How do I buy and book? Grab your Founding Pack, then book your sessions through our scheduler, Walla. It’s quick and easy.

 

Why are classes canceled? Sometimes classes are canceled due to low enrollment. We hate to do it, but we do have minimums to ensure teachers and bills get paid. Your teacher may give the option to do a workout at the Private/Duet session rate.

Will I be charged if class is canceled? If we cancel a class for any reason, you will not be charged and will be notified based on your account profile settings (e-mail or text).
